A good relationship teacher-pupil

 Hey hello ! What’s up? I hope you are all well and having a good time these days. Since the professor  told us that we will be writing free topics on blog I am thinking seriously to continue this habit and after classes will come to the end. The topic chosen by me for this blog post is how should a teacher create a 'healthy' relationship with his or her students or pupils. I know there are many articles on the Internet and just with a simple search we may see  many helpful advises that people who know and are competent of teaching have given for each one of us , teachers, students of this field and everyone that is part of it

While for me what I can say is that the main thing we should have in mind is that we must create a good communication with our learners so consequently if we have this element , things will  have the tendency to go all right . Communication is the basis of creating and strengthening human relationships and of course  the teaching cannot be excluded in this case. Regarding the other things that I see essential are also; being reasonable with all the needs that your pupils may have,consider your pupils as your patients and you are the psychologist  , listen about heir problems and if you can, solve them, but to reach in this point maybe you have to see your pupils like they are part of your family. We  must  not forget that in many times pupils see us as their models so we have to give always our best. We should let behind our problems that we can have in our personal life during the time we are in front of them and concentrate in our work , not just only to learn , but also to educate . Otherwise, when I say that we should create a good relationship with our learners I do not mean that we can tolerate till  the ‘eternity’ , so if we see that a pupil is repeating a bad behaviour many times , we should draw attention to him or her  that school has rules that have to be followed and the  discipline is very important in order to maintain a correct lesson. In other words besides the correct behaviour and being kind with them they should know you are the boss, they have to respect your figure as a teacher ,but to achieve this I know there is too much work to do.  Nothing is impossible, it is important only that we as teachers must work with love ,passion and seriousness, it is in our hands at first create bridges not walls when it comes to create a good relationship with pupils

    Hey Shpetim knowing that we will be new teachers, we need some ideas on how to deal with students, so congratulations on the topic you have chosen, very important to us.Just like you I think we should first have a regular, good communication with students.

  Hello everyone!   I hope you are well and in a good mood! As classes are ending I still need to emphasize that lectures, blogs , assignments etc..   of this subject have helped me a lot how to implement the technology and its tools in education.
